After ~2 miles, a 90-degree right onto Big Lake Trail #6 (just past Dead Dog Hill).

Keep your bib visible for the checkers here.

The Little Su shares its start and part of its trail with the Susitna 100, on a shorter loop back through the valley. Unlike the 100, it has no chain of named checkpoints — just a single halfway water stop. This page walks the route start to finish.
Total time allowed: 12 hours.
